Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 230 PKR

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress via our courier partner's tracking portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the 2 to 5-day delivery window, external factors such as courier delays, severe weather, or high-volume holiday seasons may occasionally impact delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at fasihurrehman899@gmail.com with your order number, and we will look into it immediately.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team right away so we can assist you with a replacement or a refund.
